Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time; estimated lead times are listed on each product page.

Carriers & Methods
We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on order size and destination. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

In-Store Pickup
Local customers can choose Free In-Store Pickup at checkout. You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Orders over $100 ship free within the continental U.S.

International Orders
We currently ship select items internationally. Customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times vary by country.

Packaging & Sustainability
We use recyclable, reusable, or biodegradable packaging whenever possible. Fragile items are packed securely to ensure safe arrival.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days at [insert email address]. We’ll help file a claim and make it right.

Returns
For returns, please review our Return Policy. Custom or made-to-order items (including art prints) are final sale unless damaged in transit.
